Booking Conditions All bookings must be confirmed with Full Payment. Payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Eftpos, Money Order, Direct Deposit. Amex & Diners cards will incur a 3% card fee Cancellation Policy In the event of a cancelled booking, your full payment is refunded (less a $25 Administration fee) provided the Day Spa Treatment is re-booked for the same period of time. If the treatment is not re-booked 50% of the full payment is forfeited. Should any Day Spa Treatment / Package / Gift Voucher booking need to be amended, fees will be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy. Gift Vouchers All Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 Months from date of purchase and will not be honoured after the Expiry Date.
